When is the best time to visit the
Wine Region?
Anytime.....but most visit us in the summer and during
harvest. That being said, many come and enjoy the "in
between" season and avoid the crowds, save money on their rental
and enjoy the extra personal attention the wineries can give.
Not only is it a great time to visit during the low season, but
our rentals make a great place to assemble the family for the
holidays!
How will the weather be during my
stay?
What are the rates per person for your
homes?
The rates range by season and home/estate.
Rates begin at $50/person per night and go up from there.
Can 12 people get an Estate for $300 a night....no. The
wine region is a little more expensive than some other vacation
destinations as there is no land to
expand the number of homes - thus the supply is small compared
to the demand. We have grapes on our land!
Are pets welcome?
We have a few homes that allow pets, however
there will be a slightly larger deposit required.
Do I pay you for your
service?
Generally not, we are free to Vacationers.
The owner gives us a small "thank you" for our services.
