Located near downtown St. Helena, the lovely Wine Country
Serendipity Home is a wonderful place for a romantic getaway, or
for a group or family visiting the California wine country.
Newly decorated with lovely antiques and fine furniture,
Serendipity is a residential home with room up to eight to sleep
comfortably and in style.
The home has four bedrooms, three of the bedrooms are outfitted
with lovely queen size beds and imported decorator coverings.
There is a third bed, king-sized, in the solarium. The solarium
looks at the orchard, vineyard and magical hills of st. Helena.
Guests are welcome to cook their own meals in the
fully equipped kitchen, which has recently been upgraded with all
new appliances. The kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, gas
cook top, designer oven, lovely dishes and
entertaining ware. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room
with a new washer and dryer.
The ranch-style home has two bathrooms, one located adjacent to
the master bedroom and another centrally located for use by
others. The living room is tastefully decorated and
includes a fireplace and nearby dining room. Adjoining the
dining area is an oversized solarium, which includes a second
casual sofa couch and antique Chinese armoire at one
of the room and sleeping quarters at the far end of the room.
One of the wonderful feature of this house is the backyard -
fully landscaped, with its own fruit orchard, planted with
numerous fruit and nut trees. Just the other side of the orchard
is the vineyard,
growing fabulous cabernet sauvignon grapes. The ability to enjoy
this wonderful yard is enhanced by the presence of an extensive
arbor, providing shade, outdoor eating and
entertaining facilities. Even when the valley is hot, hot, hot,
this outside area is cool and delightful, allowing time to be
spent outdoors in the wonderful Napa Valley we
Weather.
The perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the sunset after a
day exploring the valley.

Harvest Inn.
