This 3500 Sq ft., six-acre estate sits on a mountain
top overlooking Sonoma's famous "Valley of the Moon" wine
area. The views are breathtaking from every room in the
house. The home is secluded, has a fresh and airy feeling
and is beautifully yet casually appointed.
4 bedrooms including two master bedrooms and two sizable
guest rooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a deck
with a view and either full, queen or king size bed. The
home comfortable sleeps 8-9 people.
Centered in the home is a spacious, sunken living room
with high beamed ceilings, a roomy, sectional sofa and a
large screen, satellite-dish TV. Overlooking the living
room is a dining room with a pine table that seats ten
adults. Next to that is a cozy little table which seats
four children. Opening onto the dining room is a full
kitchen.
Spanning the length of the "view" side of the house is a
deck with picnic table and chairs, lounge chairs, market
umbrella and BBQ.
For swimmers and sun worshipers there is a lovely swimming
pool with its own large scale deck and sweeping views of
the valley below. The deck includes lounge chairs, market
umbrellas and electric pool cover. (During winter months -
an additional $75/day to heat the pool.)
